ORTHOPEDIC SPINE SURGEONS

  • Dr. Salari is a Board Certified, Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with specialized training in the operative and non-operative treatment of pathologic conditions affecting the spine. His treatment philosophy exhausts all means of conservative care and less invasive surgical techniques before ever recommending spinal fusion. He specializes in ultra-minimally invasive endoscopic spine surgery and cervical artificial disc replacement. These surgical techniques are excellent spine fusion alternatives and have the highest patient satisfaction scores. Spine fusion alternatives are usually ultra or minimally-invasive tissue-sparing approaches that allow for the fastest recovery times and minimize postoperative pain.

    In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Salari has been involved in various orthopedic research projects involving the musculoskeletal system. He has published numerous articles and book chapters on the topic of minimally invasive surgery. He has helped design surgical instruments and implants in use today for several international companies. He teaches national and international courses in the latest laser-assisted endoscopic techniques and image-guided surgeries. He serves as a contributing team physician for local collegiate and professional sports teams.

  • After spending his high school years in Germany, he enrolled in the Bioengineering program at the University of Pittsburgh. A University Scholar and on the Dean’s List, he graduated summa cum laude with honors in 2003. He then received his M.D. degree from Temple University and earned membership in the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society in 2006. Dr. Salari completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2012. He then went on to complete a fellowship dedicated to spine surgery at Stanford University.

    He rapidly earned top marks with his patients (U.S.News, Healthgrades, Vitals, RateMDs, Yelp, WebMD) and peer recognition as a PHOENIX magazine “Top Doc” in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. He received the most votes for “Top Doc” in Orthopedic Surgery of the Spine in 2022.

    Dr. Salari is a member of many professional organizations, including the North American Spine Society, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

    When not working, he enjoys travel, a variety of sports activities, and spending time with his family.

  • With extensive experience in multi-disciplinary settings, Dr. Moore has had the privilege of treating professional athletes and Olympians. His expertise in non-surgical, computerized spinal decompression has made him a sought-after practitioner in Arizona. This scientifically-proven treatment effectively relieves pain and disability caused by spinal disorders such as disc herniations, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and facet osteoarthritis.

    In addition to his specialization in spinal decompression, Dr. Moore is certified in active release technique (ART). This soft tissue movement-based technique is highly effective in diagnosing and treating repetitive strain injuries and strain/sprain type injuries. Dr. Moore's proficiency in ART allows him to provide exceptional care for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries, sciatic nerve pain, neck sprains/strains, low back conditions, shin splints, and various foot conditions.

  • Dr. Chance Moore is a highly accomplished chiropractor with a diverse background in healthcare. He obtained his bachelor's degree in zoology from the University of Washington before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Moore's passion for providing comprehensive care led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in nursing sciences from Grand Canyon University.

Jasreen Nirmal, D.C.

  • Dr. Jazz grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia. An accomplished junior golfer, her passion and desire to compete at the collegiate level brought her to the United States in 1997. She graduated with honors from Eastern Michigan University in 2002. Dr. Jazz realized the power and potential to help others feel better through holistic healing and decided to further her education and pursue Chiropractic studies. Dr. Jazz graduated from Palmer West Chiropractic College in San Jose, California with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in March 2006.

    Dr. Jazz moved to Phoenix, Arizona during the summer of 2006 to begin her chiropractic career with a multi-disciplinary office. There she treated numerous patients with a primary emphasis in personal injury and treatment of acute injuries. Dr. Jazz left her employer in February of 2011 and opened Chiropractic Rehabilitation Center “CRC” in Glendale, Arizona.

    CRC utilizes innovative treatment options for disc injuries as well as therapeutic modalities including electrical stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, mechanical traction, KT taping and superficial heat and icing protocols. In addition, Dr. Jazz aims at complementing the healing effects of her chiropractic treatment with corrective care exercises and stretches that enhance the healing process and increase overall wellness. Her mission is to empower her patient’s to experience their optimal health potential.

    In her free time, Dr. Jazz enjoys to golf, travel, watch reality TV, shop, workout, try new restaurants and spend time with friends, family and her bulldog Boss!

  • Dr. Dewanjee completed his medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine after majoring in anatomy and physiology at Cornell University. Dr. Dewanjee received his sports fellowship, focusing on athletic injuries of the knee and shoulder, in San Diego, California, where he gained experience caring for high school, collegiate (the University of San Diego and Point Loma Nazarene University), and professional athletes (San Diego Chargers, San Diego Riptide, and WWE).
